Two Ingredient Cashew Butter

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Add cashews and cinnamon to a food processor and pulverize for about 15-20 minutes, scraping down any residue that accumulates on the sides with a spatula as needed. You'll know it's done when it's completely smooth and a bit shiny (it should be similar to any other nut butter you've had).
