Super Simple Cinnamon Croissant French Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/8 cup Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 slices Cinnamon croissant bread (From Trader Joe's - scroll back up if you only have regular croissants!)
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter

Toppings

  • 1 Banana (Sliced)
  • 10ish Raspberries
  • 10ish Blueberries
  • Maple syrup (To taste)

Instructions

  • Add the eggs, milk and vanilla to a pie plate or large rimmed plate and whisk to combine. Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
  • Add 1 tbsp butter to a large frying pan over medium heat. Then add 2 slices of croissant bread and cook until golden brown on both sides (flipping half way through). Repeat with the remaining two slices (unless your pan is really big, in which case you can do it all at once).
  • Divide onto two plates and top with bananas, raspberries and blueberries! You can adjust amounts as you see fit. Then top with maple syrup and serve immediately.
