Yuzu Kosho Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4 oz Tomato juice
  • 1 oz Yuzu juice
  • 3/4 tsp Yuzu kosho
  • 1 tsp Ponzu
  • 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • a pinch Sancho pepper or black pepper

Garnishes (optional)

  • Celery stick
  • Cucumber ribbon
  • Pickled veggies
  • Olives
  • Currant tomatoes (or any small tomato)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, and pour into a glass. Garnish, and enjoy!
