1/2cup Chopped mintFresh is best here
4Limes(Just the juice)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400° F, then put your pitted and halved cherries on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Once the oven is preheated, put the cherries in for 10-15 minutes until soft and juicy.
While the cherries are roasting, add all the other ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine.
Once the cherries are done, add the to your popsicle molds (or see the note above photos for alternate options). Then pour the liquid into the molds. Add sticks and the lid (your popsicle mold should include a lid that'll hold the sticks in place), and put in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until totally frozen.
