Double boiler (though if you don't have one you can always improvise by placing a heat proof bowl over a regular pot of water)
Ingredients
1 cupDark chocolate chips
2tbspCoconut oil
20Figs(I halved mine but you can easily do this with full figs as well!)
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Line a pan or two with parchment paper
Boil some water in the base of a double boiler. Once it reaches a boil, decrease the heat to a simmer and add the top pot. Put the chocolate and coconut oil in the upper pot. Let it melt for a few minutes, stirring every so often so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Dip the figs in chocolate and then place on a parchment paper lined pan.
Once you've dipped them all, sprinkle a bit of flaky sea salt on each fig and then pop them in the fridge to cool. They're ready to eat when the chocolate is cool to the touch and doesn't stick to the parchment paper!
