Brioche Toast with Whipped Feta, Cucumbers and Hot Honey

Ingredients
Whipped Feta
6ozFeta cheese
1tspLemon zest
1cloveGarlic(Minced)
1tspOlive oil
1/2cupGreek yogurt
Salt (To taste)
Freshly ground black pepper(To taste)
Cucumber toast
1sliceBrioche bread
2tbspWhipped feta
1Persian cucumber(Thinly sliced)
Hot honey(To taste)
Flaky sea salt (I like Maldon)(To taste)
Freshly ground black pepper(To taste)
Instructions
Make the whipped feta! To do this, add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse until smoothe and fully combined.
Toast a slice of brioche bread, either in a pan, toaster oven, or traditional toaster.
Spread about 2 tbsp whipped feta onto the toasted brioche. Then cover the whole thing in cucumber slices. Top with hot honey, flaky sea salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste), and eat immediately!
