Dreamy Blueberry Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 rib Celery
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1/2 Banana (Frozen)
  • 1 Date (Pitted)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (Frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Oat milk (Or your milk of choice)

Instructions

  • Add the celery and spinach to your blender's pitcher (I like to add these to the bottom so that they're blended first), followed by the sliced almonds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, banana, date, blueberries, and oat milk. Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately!

Notes

If making for later you can store in the fridge.
