Ingredients

  • 1 cup Figs Halved
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries Stemmed and halved
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Oat milk
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 tbsp Protein or collagen powder (Optional)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until totally smooth. If you feel that it's too thick, simply add more oat milk. Otherwise, serve immediately!
