The Super Bowl is right around the corner, and while I honestly have no clue what teams are playing in it, I’m deeply invested in your snack game. My latest contribution to which is this honeyed blue cheese dip. Assuming you have a food processor, it’ll come together in about five seconds. It will also make you look extremely fancy. I know blue cheese is divisive, but I’m convinced that this one will woo the haters. Why? Well, it also contains a lot of cream cheese, and who doesn’t love cream cheese?
So what’s in this blue cheese dip?
This recipe contains just a few simple ingredients – cave aged blue cheese, cream cheese, salt, honey, and heavy cream. I opted to serve mine with potato chips, and I highly recommend following suit. You could also eat it with baguette or crackers, but the chips are very nice. They feel fun and down to earth, but they also pair perfectly with this slightly sweet and ultra creamy dip. It’s sweet and savory at its finest.
And how do I make it?!
Easy! Throw it all in a food processor and process until combined and creamy. Then transfer it to a bowl, top it with a bit more honey and some flaky sea salt, and serve it with some crunchy potato chips!
How do I store this?
Leftovers? Put ’em in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
